To generate a bid PDF, please follow the steps below:
Go to the selected property page.
On the property page, click on the Bids tab in the bottom drawer.
To add unit pricing for a repair line item, double-click on the header cell of a repair in the Bid Unit Price column. Then, enter the price per unit of repair and click the Check Mark icon. You may also delete a price value by double-clicking the individual Bid Unit Price and clicking the Trash icon.
Do not enter any special characters, such as dollar signs or commas in the unit price column.
Once you submit values, the individual price and total price values will change automatically in the spreadsheet.
After selecting the line items, click on the Generate PDF button on the spreadsheet header.
You can move the SF Pointers and move or scale the map to your preference.
When ready, click on the Print button to generate and download a PDF to your device.
