The Notification Center is a centralized communication tool within SITE's platform that keeps you updated on assessment progress and any necessary actions. You will only receive notifications for a property if you are assigned as the property manager or construction manager.

Note: The current Beta version is only available to clients.

Upon your first login, a pop-up appears at the top of the screen requesting permission for push notifications.

Please click allow if you want to receive push notifications on your computer screen like the one you see below:

Note: Keep in mind that certain settings in your computer might be blocking push notifications, please see the article How to configure push notifications in my computer.

The Notification Center menu is located at the bottom left of the Menu. If the bell icon shows a red circle it means that you have unread notifications.

Once you access the Notification menu, you will discover two main categories:

1. Boundary: Notifications will be sent when new properties in your portfolio need your approval to define the correct parcel area.

2. Flights: Notifications will be sent after property flyovers to confirm that the flight was completed and the images met the desired quality to start the assessment process.

3. Construction: Notifications will be sent after a contractor submits a bid, after a contractor submits a closeout, and when a property requires a confirmation to remove from construction

4. Billing: Notifications will be sent after the assessment has been shared.

Upon receiving a notification, an alert message will be displayed if push notifications are enabled. Once you click the notification center menu, the message will be shown under the relevant category.
