To allow Google Chrome notifications click the "view site information" icon located next to the website URL and toggle the Notifications icon on.

To configure push notifications in the Windows system, go to the search bar an type Settings

Find the System setting and click on Notifications below Home or search in the "Find a setting" bar for Notifications

Make sure you toggle the Notifications button On and scroll down until you find Google Chrome and click the toggle button On.

You can now receive push notifications in your computer.
