Who can see notifications?

Initially, the notifications will be available exclusively to clients. A notification center for contractors, consultants, and internal users will be implemented in the upcoming months. The current categories will be activated based on specific criteria.

What categories or notification types can I see?

1. Boundary: Notifications will be sent when new properties in your portfolio need your approval to define the correct parcel area.

2. Flights: Notifications will be sent after property flyovers to confirm that the flight was completed and the image quality is expected to start the assessments

3. Construction: Notifications will be sent for properties on hold for construction that require your approval for flyovers. Additionally, upcoming notifications will inform you of bid-related actions requiring approval.

4. Billing: Once assessments are completed, you will receive a notification informing you that the assessment has been completed and is ready for your review.

How can I turn off/on the push notifications?

What if I don’t receive notifications?

You are not the property manager or construction manager of this property, please reach out to a SITE team member to set your user as a property or construction manager if needed.

Will I receive emails as well?

No. At the moment, notifications will only show up within the platform.

What if I only want to see notifications related to flights?

You can select the categories you want to see notifications for by clicking the gear at the top right corner of the Notification Center Menu

And select or unselect the categories that you want to be subscribed to

Click save to apply your changes. This change can be reverted at any time.
